1.What is GBox? Is GBox Safe? GBox is a tool that helps users to use some apps relying on Google mobile services such as Google Maps, YouTube and else. GBox is an application developed based on the MicroG open-source project (https://github.com/microg), provided by European developers. Some applications rely on microG to run properly. 3.How is GBox used? GBox serves all Android models.You can download GBox from the gboxlab.com or app markets such as Galaxy Store, GetApps, AppGallery and else. (Due to the policy of different platforms, there is no uniform launch date)

4.What should I do if I can't log in my Google account while using Google Play Store in GBox? If you can't log in your Google account, please try as follow steps:1.Return to homepage of GBox, open Google play store and try to log in your Google account again;

5.What should I do if I encounter two-step verification when logging in to Google Play? Contents: 1. If you encounter two-step verification when logging into Google Play with GBox installed, please refer to Scenario 1. 2.If you encounter two-step verification when logging into Google Play via a third-party application, please refer to Scenario 2.

6.What should I do if I encounter a black screen, white screen, lagging, or slow performance while using apps (such as Play Store) in GBox? Please open homepage of GBox, click the small brush icon located in the top right corner of the GBox to clear application processes, then open Apps in GBox again.

7.Why do I need to log in my Google account again when I use some applications after I have logged in my Google account in GBox? GBox provides a virtual environment and your Google account information is stored in the virtual environment. It can’t be synchronized with other apps on your device.

8.Why are the downloaded APPs being installed directly into the device? Starting from version 1.6.0, if your phone has installed microG, APPs downloaded in GBox will be installed into the device by default, which will take better user experience. If you still want to install APPs in the GBox, you can disable this feature by open 'Settings' in GBox and then turn off 'Install to Device'. Once disabled, the APPs will continue to be installed in the GBox.

9.Why it open the APP’s information page, after I click the APP’s desktop icon? The reason for this occurrence is that you previously installed the application within the GBox, which automatically creates a shortcut on the desktop. After uninstall the application from the GBox, the desktop shortcut can’t be automatically removed. When you click this icon, it will redirect you to the application information page for installation or other actions. If you don’t want to install this app again, you can long-press the desktop icon and select 'Remove'.

10.What should I do if the App information page remains in 'Pending'/'Installing'/' Uninstalling'? If the status on the App information page always remains in 'Pending'/'Installing'/'Uninstalling' , while you are searching/installing applications, you can try to click the 'Clear' button in the top right corner of the GBox main page to reset Play Store, and then reopen Play Store to download/update/uninstall the application.

11.How to download and install apps in GBox that are showing device incompatible? Thanks for the feedback, for certain smartphone models there's an issue of incompatible (like the screenshot below), you can reset your virtual machine to resolve it.

12.Difference between GBox and other similar apps. Compared with tool apps with similar functions, GBox provides a smoother experience and consumes fewer system resources.

13.Why GBox apply for so many permissions? GBox applies for necessary permissions to ensure the apps can function properly. For example, GBox applies for the notification permissions to ensure users can receive the message notification in time.

14.How to turn on GBox and all Apps' notifications? Please follow those steps to turn on notification permissions for both GBox and other Apps. Device settings>> Apps&services>> Apps>> Select GBox and other Apps>>turn on Allow notifications.

15.Why is your phone lagging, battery draining fast or memory usage too high? The storage space required by GBox is relatively small. What occupies device storage space are the apps you have installed. Additionally, due to differences in device performance, you may experience issues such as lagging, power consumption, or high memory usage. We recommend that you report any abnormal issues through our customer service channels. GBox will continue to optimize performance to provide the best experience for users.

16.Why you receive a notification Email from Google? GBox enables apps to be installed and function well on some devices by providing a virtual environment with the necessary Google services required. However, the Google Services program will be recognized as a new device from other brands that use Google services. Thus, your login behavior may trigger an email alert indicating that your Google account is being used on multiple devices.

17.Why does it take such a long time for "Initializing GMS Service"? Due to network instability, you may need more time to start the GMS Service. Thank you for your patience. You will be able to use a series of applications normally after the GMS Service has started.

18.How can I update the app added in GBox? If you open an app from Gbox that requires an update, you can update the app through Google Play normally. If you want to manually update an installed app, please long-press the app icon on the homepage and choose the update option. If an update is available, you can confirm it.

19.How can I delete the app added in GBox? From the installed apps on the GBox homepage, long-press the app you want to delete. Then you can choose the delete option and confirm. If you want to remove the shortcut from the home screen, long-press it and click "remove." If you want to preserve the shortcut, you can click into it and reinstall it next time.

20.How to close the notification push "GBox is running"? You can follow the steps below to turn off the notification. 27.Why does the GBox I downloaded from website post advertisements? In order to ensure the continuous development of our app, we have chosen to apply ads in our app, starting from Ver 1.5.2.0. These ads will be displayed slightly during your App Usage and we will minimize the ads impact on your App Experience.

28.How to update XXX apps ? (App list attached) Thanks for the feedback, please update GBox to the latest version, you could find the “Application update” in the system menu, Click on it then you could update the apps you mentioned.
