13. Why are the downloaded APPs being installed directly into the device? Starting from version 1.6.0, if your phone has installed microG, APPs downloaded in GBox will be installed into the device by default, which will take better user experience. If you still want to install APPs in the GBox, you can disable this feature by open 'Settings' in GBox and then turn off 'Install to Device'. Once disabled, the APPs will continue to be installed in the GBox.
14. Why it open the APP’s information page, after I click the APP’s desktop icon? The reason for this occurrence is that you previously installed the application within the GBox, which automatically creates a shortcut on the desktop. After uninstall the application from the GBox, the desktop shortcut can’t be automatically removed. When you click this icon, it will redirect you to the application information page for installation or other actions. If you don’t want to install this app again, you can long-press the desktop icon and select 'Remove'.
15. What should I do if the App information page remains in 'Pending'/'Installing'/' Uninstalling'? If the status on the App information page always remains in 'Pending'/'Installing'/'Uninstalling' , while you are searching/installing applications, you can try to click the 'Clear' button in the top right corner of the GBox main page to reset Play Store, and then reopen Play Store to download/update/uninstall the application.
